Synopsis

 

Clients visit attorneys and are informed of general legal options. The client and the attorney discuss the law as it applies to that particular case.

 

The purpose of Take Counsel is to avail to the general public the contents of general discussions between the lawyer and his/her client about various legal issues.

 

The author was born, reared and educated through secondary school in Lexington, Davidson County, North Carolina. He received his BA degree in history from Wake Forest College in 1967 and his Juris Doctors degree in law from the Wake Forest University School of Law in 1970. He has been a practitioner of law in Lexington from his admission to the bar. He is married to Sandra Craver Snyder, and they have two daughters and six grandchildren. He is the author of seventeen books (three are multiple editions).
